Orders take 1-2 business days to ship out & all orders ship from Los Angeles.
We offer the following shipping options:
USPS Ground Advantage - 1-5 business days depending on location (not insured)
UPS Ground - 1-5 business days depending on location (insured)
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days
We send a confirmation email with tracking link upon shipment - please check our promotions and spam folder if you haven't recieved an email from us.
If you's like your order gift-wrapped please leave us a note at check-out.
International Shipments
International Shipments
Shipping is $20 anywhere in the world via DHL Express service.
Orders take 1-2 business days to process & 4-5 business days to arrive, depending on location.
We use DHL express courier service, and we send a confirmation email with tracking link upon shipment. If you have not recieved this please check your promotions and spam folder.
If you have a special delivery requests please contact us.

If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please contact us immediately.
If your item was delivered by USPS the first step is to contact your local post office for more information - in most cases your post-person has left the item in a different location from usual.
If your item was delivered by UPS the first step is to contact UPS.
If it's an international order please contact your local DHL office and check for emails from DHL.

Once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel it. If you place an order and need to cancel, please email hello@bodha.com immediately.
Returns
Returns
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 7 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing hello@bodha.com and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount less shipping & a 15% order restocking fee.
Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a reselable condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note perfumes are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure of which perfume to choose we’re happy to help give additional information & advice and we also offer a Vibration Oil Mini Collection which is the perfect way to try our scents.
Refunds for returned goods will be made within 7 days of the return of the product to the original credit card. Please email hello@bodha.com with any additional questions regarding returns and exchanges.

How should I store my products?
Keep perfume oils and incense in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight. This preserves fragrance integrity.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our perfume oils are all tested for skin sensitivity and meet EU and Clean Credo standards, but we recommend patch testing if you have sensitivities.

What does BODHA mean?
BODHA is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘awareness’. We chose it because we like how it sounds & the fact that connecting with your senses helps you connect with yourself.
Where are your products made?
Our incense is crafted in Japan, while perfume oils and candles are hand-made in LA..
What is emotion-first approach?
Emily takes an emotion-first approach to fragrance design which means she brings scientific knowledge to the art of fragrance creation, allowing her to craft precise formulations that create specific emotional effects.
