A Way Forward

We can't believe we're already half-way through the year & I'm sure you feel the same!  Before we move forward we wanted to pause for a moment and reflect on the new rituals we've made space for - the things we're doing on a daily, weekly & monthly basis making life that little bit better.

  • Daily: adding a spoonful of this super active 850+ manuka honey to our morning ritual
  • Weekly: reading the latest tools & insights on wellness, work & creativity on this beautiful new resource 
  • Monthly: scheduling in a 'family meal' with friends once a month with simple share-plate recipes from here & here
