If you're feeling anxious & afraid right now you're not alone. It's a difficult time, maybe the most difficult we'll ever experience, but it's also a special time. There's an outpouring of love & kindness happening around the world. And we're being forced to look after ourselves & each other in ways that bring true grounding & nourishment.

Simply taking a few full deep breaths is one of the best things you can do to calm your nervous system right now. Meditation & breathwork are vital practices to guide us back to our breath & ourselves. 

Meditation - Our local teacher Jeff Kober is offering his weekly knowledge meeting & group meditation over zoom. Sign-up for his lovely daily thought email and join in every Wednesday & Sunday for free. Mediation app Headspace is offering new free guided meditations, as well as a series specifically on managing anxiety when you sign up for the full app. 

Breathwork - Renowned teacher & author Ashley Neese is offering free breathwork classes & support groups. Our Reiki teacher Lara Elliot is holding live guided community reiki healing sessions for $18. Also, this super simple breathing app from our favorite ashtanga teacher Eddie Stern is always free.
