The Sanctuary of Scent in Difficult Times

Happy New Year,

We hope your 2025 is off to a calm start & thank you so much for all your check-ins & well wishes.

As I'm sure you've seen, LA is experiencing the most devastating fires in history. On the eve of our 10th anniversary, it's been a personal reminder of why we created BODHA. As we watched the fire line advance, our car packed for evacuation, I felt my nervous system on maximum alert. In those tense moments, when there was nothing I could 'do' the smallest rituals became my anchors—rolling perfume across my chest before (trying to) sleep, lighting a candle while making tea.

This year & every year, we hope our therapeutic scents offer everyone moments of sanctuary & deep comfort when they need it most.
