We’re known for our incense & for good reason. Unlike the stinky smokey sticks many of us grew up with, our incense are expertly crafted with gentle refined scents & no smoke.
When we set out to create a new world of scent, we knew we had to begin with the original form of perfume - incense. The very best incense are made on Japan’s incense island, by families of makers who’ve been perfecting this art for generations.
The process to make our incense takes a few months & begins with blending the fragrance ready for the incense dough - a blend of a special native Japanese wood & water. Finally the scented dough is shaped into sticks, cut to size and slowly air dried with the island’s coastal breeze. Each one of these steps adds up to the most special incense for you & all your scented rituals.
