Within the US

Shipping is $5 anywhere in the United States.
Orders take 1-2 business days to process & 1-3 business days to ship, depending on location. 
We use the United States Postal priority service for all deliveries and send a confirmation email with tracking link upon shipment.  If you have a special delivery requests please contact us.

International

Shipping is $20 anywhere in the world. 
Orders take 1-2 business days to process & 4-5 business days to ship, depending on location.
We use DHL courier service, and we send a confirmation email with tracking link upon shipment. If you have a special delivery requests please contact us. Please note, local duties & taxes are not included.

Missing Package

If your order tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please contact us immediately. If your item was delivered by USPS the first step is to contact your local post office for more information - in most cases your post-person has left the item in a different location from usual. If your item was delivered by UPS the first step is to contact UPS.

Gifts

We love sending your gifts and are happy to wrap & add a hand-written note. Please add your card message in the ‘notes’ section of your order or email us hello@bodha.com

Returns

If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 7 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing hello@bodha.com and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the full purchase amount. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note perfumes are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure of which perfume to choose we’re happy to help give additional information & advice and we also offer a Vibration sampler box.

Refunds for returned goods will be made within 7 days of the return of the product to the original credit card. Please email hello@bodha.com with any additional questions regarding returns and exchanges.

Cancellations

We are unable to accept order cancellations. If you place an order and need to cancel, please email hello@bodha.com immediately.
